Mynymbox Inc is a small company. As such we can't promise ultra fast support response times from 15 minutes. We are instantly alerted of any critical event that requires our immediate attention for example if a host goes offline, drive fails etc. These events have the highest priority. We try to answer as soon as possible which can be in 10 minutes, 12 hours or even a day.
