We do not allow the sending of unsolicited bulk or commercial email from our network. Any violation may result in immediate service suspension.
Port 25 (SMTP) on VPS plans
- By default, port 25 is blocked on all VPS plans.
- You can request that we unblock port 25.
Requirements to unblock port 25
- A non-refundable fee of 10 EUR applies.
- You must configure the following records correctly:
- SPF
- DKIM
- DMARC
- PTR (reverse DNS)
- Please open a support ticket with the subject:
Unblock port 25 for my server [SERVER IP or HOSTNAME]
- If we receive an abuse notification related to your server, you must respond within 24 hours.
