Important Installation Notes

SSH Access During Installation

⚠️ Important: During the installation process, SSH login access may be temporarily blocked. This is normal behavior and part of the security setup process.

- Wait Time: Please wait 15 to 30 minutes for the installation to complete
- Do Not Panic: If you cannot SSH into your server during this time, it means the installation is still in progress
- Be Patient: The installation process includes system updates, package installations, and security configurations that require time

Installation Completion

The installation is complete when:

1. You can successfully SSH into your server
2. You see a login message upon first login that contains:
- Installation completion notification
- All credentials (usernames, passwords, database passwords, etc.)
- Important file paths and configuration information
- Service access URLs and ports

If You Don't See the Login Message

- The installation is NOT finished yet - Please be patient
- The login message will appear automatically once the installation completes
- Do not attempt to manually configure services before seeing the login message
- Wait an additional 10-15 minutes and try logging in again

Troubleshooting

If the installation takes longer than 30 minutes:

1. Check your VPS status in the Control Panel
2. Verify that your VPS has sufficient resources (CPU, RAM, disk space)
3. Wait an additional 15-20 minutes before contacting support
4. If issues persist, contact our Support

Cannot Access After Installation

If you cannot access your services after installation:

1. Verify you are using the correct credentials from the login message
2. Check firewall rules - some templates may require specific ports to be opened
3. Ensure your VPS has completed all installation steps
