Upgrade and downgrade your VPS

It is possible to upgrade your VPS. To start the process, please open a support ticket to request the upgrade. We'll create an invoice for it, and once it's paid, the upgrade process will begin. When it's finished, your VPS must be restarted via the control panel so that the new resources can be allocated. If you need more disk storage, that's also possible. We have to manually upgrade the disk space. After you get our okay, you'll need to reboot your VPS via the control panel and adjust the additional space using resize tools like resize2fs. Alternatively, you can start your VPS with our GParted ISO or the SystemRescue ISO.

Due to technical limitations, we are unable to downgrade VPS plans at this time.
