We offer isolated / jailed shell access for DirectAdmin customers. For some reasons we haven't activated it per default. If you need Shell access please open a support ticket. With the activated access you can use the terminal web app in Directadmin or use SSH. As soon as Shell Access is activated you can connect via the Terminal page in DirectAdmin or use any other SSH client with port 2022.
