Email port 25 policy

Mynymbox has zero tolerance when it comes to email SPAM.

We do not allow the transmission of any unsolicited bulk emails or commercial emails from our network. Any violation triggers a service suspension.

Per default we block port 25 on all VPS Server plans.

The Customer may ask Mynymbox to unblock port 25.

What is needed?

  • We charge a non-refundable fee of 10 EUR to unblock port 25.
  • The client must configure proper DKIM, DMARC, SPF and PTR records.
  • Open a ticket with the subject: "Unblock port 25 for my server with "
  • Any abuse notification must be answered in 24 hours.
