We do not allow the sending of unsolicited bulk or commercial email from our network. Any violation may result in immediate service suspension.
SMTP port restrictions on VPS plans
Ports 25, 465, and 587 are restricted on all VPS plans by default. You may submit a request to have these ports opened.
Requirements to unblock SMTP ports
- A non-refundable fee of 10 EUR applies.
- You must configure the following records correctly:
- SPF
- DKIM
- DMARC
- PTR (reverse DNS)
- Please open a support ticket with the subject:
Unblock SMTP restrictions for my server [SERVER IP or HOSTNAME]
- If we receive an abuse notification related to your server, you must respond within 24 hours.
