Resource Usage Policy
To ensure a high-quality, stable, and reliable service for all our customers, we have the following resource usage policies in place.
Shared Web Hosting
All our shared hosting accounts, managed through DirectAdmin, operate in a shared server environment. To guarantee fairness and stability, we use CloudLinux to set limits on resources like CPU and memory. These resources are not dedicated solely to your account.
-
Purpose of Limits: These limits prevent any single account from negatively affecting other customers on the same server. You can find the specific limits for your plan in our documentation .
-
Exceeding Limits: If your account consistently reaches its resource limits, we will notify you. We may recommend upgrading your plan or moving to a more powerful solution, such as a VPS or dedicated server.
-
Our Rights: We reserve the right to adjust these limits and take necessary action against any account that compromises overall server performance.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
While a VPS provides you with dedicated resources like RAM, some components such as CPU cores, network bandwidth, and disk I/O are shared with other users on the same physical server (node).
- Fair Use: If your VPS continuously uses an excessive amount of these shared resources and impacts the experience of other users, we will contact you via a support ticket and ask you to reduce your usage.
- Consequences: In severe cases, or if a resource usage ticket is ignored, we may need to reboot, shut down, or suspend your VPS to maintain the stability of the node for all customers.
