Mynymbox LLC is a small company. As such we can't promise ultra fast support response times. We are instantly alerted of any critical event that requires our immediate attention for example if a host goes offline, drive fails etc. These events have the highest priority. We try our best to answer as soon as possible which can be in 10 minutes, 12 hours or even a day.
