DKIM howto

To ensure that your emails do not end up in spam folders you have to configure DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail). This is a way to prevent spam and phishing.

If we host your domain you don't have to read this howto. If you use another provider for your domain, then follow the next steps.

1. Log in into our Email Hosting Control Panel

2. On the first screen click on DNS

3. Copy the DKIM record and paste it as TXT record and paste it into your provider's DNS configuration. It is also important to copy the selector which is in our case dkim

5. To check if your DKIM entry is valid you can visit the website https://easydmarc.com/tools/dkim-lookup
