The first thing you need to do is to create a mailbox. This step can be done very easy in the Email Hosting Control Panel.
1. Log in into the Email Control Panel. You can use the link from your Client Portal
2. In the Email Hosting Control Panel click on the tab "Mailboxes".
3. Here you can add a mailbox. Click on "Add mailbox"
4. Enter the details for the mailbox. You can choose the allowed protocols, Quota, how to deal with spam etc.
