As you already know from our email, we do NOT send root passwords via email for security reasons. You can generate your own root password with the following steps.
1. Login in into our Client Portal - https://client.mynymbox.io
2. Click in the Client Portal on "Services" and then on "My Services" and click on your VPS server from list.
3. In the left menu click under "Actions" on "Change Password" and set a strong password. You can set your own password or better you generate one with via "Generate Password" or you use an external password generator (https://bitwarden.com/password-generator/, https://proton.me/pass/password-generator) and copy and paste the generated password in the field. After that click on "Save Password".
4. Now click under "Overview" on "Information" where you can find the buttons "Stop" and "Start". First stop your VPS server, wait till it is down and then start it. Wait few minutes and login with your new password.
